Powell River is home.

Henrietta Johnson returned home to Powell River in 2010 and believes strong communities are built by people who listen, learn and work together.

A longtime entrepreneur, Henrietta brings experience in business, wellness and real estate, alongside a strong commitment to community. She has coached young athletes, supported seniors at Willingdon Creek Village and served on the Board of the Powell River Hospice Society.

As a wife, mother and grandmother, Henrietta cares deeply about the community we are building for generations to come. She is running for Council to bring thoughtful, practical and collaborative leadership to the challenges and opportunities facing Powell River.

Her approach is simple: Listen. Learn. Lead.

Listen to residents and diverse perspectives. Learn from evidence and experience. Lead by working collaboratively with City staff, Tla’amin Nation, businesses and community organizations, with purpose, integrity and accountability.

Together, we can build a stronger Powell River.
